This retreat is an invitation to explore your natural and instinctive connection to spirit through the teachings of the medicine wheel of the year. In this November retreat we will explore your relationship with Mother Eath, Grandmother Sky and the Ancestors. Using elemental ritual & ceremony, yoga, meditation, cacao, sound healing and massage to support you, you can access deeper relationship with self as spirit.
Rooted in earthy spiritual practices; flowing with the sacred waters of life; empowered through creative fires; expansion through your life’s breath: this retreat invites you to give permission to your unfolding inner wisdom. Cacao is an amazing heart healer. She can deepen your internal awareness and increase your engagement with your body. By working with cacao and with yoga, we invite you into the transformational experience that is waiting for you as you connect deeply to body and soul. At the core of this retreat is the wisdom of embodied awareness and the knowing that the path of being present with our internal experience brings us the insights, creativity and peace to be who we are born to be.
The retreat offers through out the retreat plenty of ritual space, two cacao ceremonies, yoga, movement, wholefoods, massage and circle time with like-hearted women to open your inner pathways back to love. Its a unique way to take time out just for you.

1. Bookings cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund or are able to move the full retreat to a future date.
2. Bookings cancelled after 60 days, but prior to 45 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund/move of any deposit made. The retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer will receive an additional refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.
3. Bookings cancelled 45 or less days before the arrival are not eligible for a full refund. Instead, the retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer may receive a refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.
Please note that we charge an admin fee of £25 for any money refund.
