Created with deep awareness of Mother Earth, woven with women’s myths & stories, and steeped in magic, these retreats offer you a powerful way to come home to all that you are. Using elemental ritual space, cacao ceremony, journeying, breathwork, yoga, wholefoods, massage and time in circle with like-hearted women; our Sacred Woman Retreats intend to support you to open your inner pathways back to love. They are a unique way to take time out just for you.

So often, women have received the message that the unique journey of womanhood is best hidden. This retreat is an invitation to explore your natural and instinctive connection to spirit allowing deep personal reflection, self-understanding and emotional release. Together we can reclaim a feminine spiritual practice that can support us to deepen our internal awareness and increase our engagement with our bodies, hearts & souls. Rooted in earthy spiritual practices; flowing with the sacred waters of life; empowered through creative fires; and expansion through your life’s breath: this retreat invites you to permit your unfolding inner wisdom. Highlights
Overall, 11 hours of sacred, and healing, ceremonial sessions with eclectic yoga, ritual and meditation practices designed and crafted by and for women. These are woven, blended and supported with both teachers, Natalie Alexander and Suzy-Anne Saunders
1-hour personal ritual massage included with either Natalie or Suzyanne (more sessions available at extra cost)
3 nights in beautiful 5-star barn conversion accommodation – shared or private rooms and whole private barns available

Please read the full terms of cancellations! We encourage all our customers to take out travel insurance for the time of the retreat.
1. Bookings cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund or are able to move the full retreat to a future date.
2. Bookings cancelled after 60 days, but prior to 45 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund/move of any deposit made. The retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer will receive an additional refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.
3. Bookings cancelled 45 or less days before the arrival are not eligible for a full refund. Instead, the retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer may receive a refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.
Please note that we charge an admin fee of £25 for any money refund.
