Cancellation Policy
Please read the full terms of cancellations! We encourage all our customers to take out travel insurance for the time of the retreat.

Bookings cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund or are able to move the full retreat to a future date.

Bookings cancelled after 60 days, but prior to 45 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund/move of any deposit made. The retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer will receive an additional refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.

Bookings cancelled 45 or less days before the arrival are not eligible for a full refund. Instead, the retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer may receive a refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.
Please note that we charge an admin fee of £25 for any money refund.
