Join us at Sunny Brow for a special retreat which weaves restorative yoga, meditation, ritual and healing massage to relax, calm and strengthen body, heart and mind. We draw our inspiration for this weekend from the gift of Light and Spring coming nearer and the awareness that this time of year brings; this is a yoga and soulful meditation retreat to help you to root deeply and give you support at this time of year.
The ancient path of yoga offers us a way to sacred connectedness with life, each other and ourselves. Suzy and Jane offer these sacred yoga retreats from this place . They combine Suzy’s unique healing yogic form and Jane's deep spiritual practice, gentle ritual, simple ceremony and our deeply transformative massage. Each retreat responds to the needs of the people who come, allowing you to strengthen and stretch your body, release your mind and calm your heart. We draw on our extensive experience supporting people to reconnect with who they are meant to be. More than just another yoga retreat, Sacred Yoga & Meditation retreat offers you the space to transform.
Our group retreats includes:
3 nights in 5 star accommodation in our beautifully renovated barn
5 x Sacred yoga and meditation sessions including sound healing and cacao ceremony
Daily nourishing meals made by Suzy (author of Conscious Cookery) and her team

Please read the full terms of cancellations! We encourage all our customers to take out travel insurance for the time of the retreat.
1. Bookings cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund or are able to move the full retreat to a future date.
2. Bookings cancelled after 60 days, but prior to 45 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund/move of any deposit made. The retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer will receive an additional refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.
3. Bookings cancelled 45 or less days before the arrival are not eligible for a full refund. Instead, the retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer may receive a refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.
Please note that we charge an admin fee of £25 for any money refund.
