Our Spirit Medicine Retreats offer you opportunity to explore your own authentic spirituality & experience a wide range of sacred practices. The sessions & treatments create stepping stones into presence, supporting you to release blocks, beliefs and emotions that are preventing you from connecting with your authentic self. This retreat offers you a space for ‘sacred pause’ and a chance to cultivate loving awareness as you come into presence.
At the core of this retreat is the wisdom of embodied awareness and the knowing that the path of being present with our internal experience brings us the insights, creativity and peace to be who we are born to be.
When we come to presence, we naturally experience increased awareness of our thoughts, feelings and emotions. Here at Sunny Brow, we offer you space to honour and welcome all that you feel. Allowing deeper awareness of the whole of you, brings a special form of empowerment and peace. As we step into acceptance of both the pain and the beauty of us, we can embody an authentic way of navigating our lives, and our humanness.
Woven from Suzy-Anne and Natalie’s extensive experience supporting people to reconnect with who they are meant to be, this is more than just another retreat. We offer you the space to let go and transform. Rooted in earthy spiritual practices, Spirit Medicine Retreats invite you to give permission to your unfolding inner wisdom, welcome your natural process and set yourself free.
Expect rituals inspired by the elements & Mother Earth, healing massage or Reiki, cacao ceremony, gentle transformative yoga, journeying and soulful meditation. Enjoy nourishing, healing plant-based cuisine, gentle plant, crystal and energy medicines, all held by the beautiful land and renovated barns at Sunny Brow Farm.

Please read the full terms of cancellations! We encourage all our customers to take out travel insurance for the time of the retreat.
1. Bookings cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund or are able to move the full retreat to a future date.
2. Bookings cancelled after 60 days, but prior to 45 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund/move of any deposit made. The retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer will receive an additional refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.
3. Bookings cancelled 45 or less days before the arrival are not eligible for a full refund. Instead, the retreat will be relisted for accommodation, and the customer may receive a refund proportional to the amount that the relisted property is rented for, up to 100% of the money paid thus far.
Please note that we charge an admin fee of £25 for any money refund.
